Abstract

Seroepidemiological researches carried out in Altay region, have shown high contamination of pregnant women with a cytomegalovirus (89,3 %). The authors have revealed the features of pregnancy of women with various forms of cy-tomegalovirus infections. It is ascertained, that the frequency of the newborn pathologies and pregnancy complications in women with active cytomegalovirus infection (development of antibodies of IgM class) is reliably high, than in pregnant women without an active virus infection.
